i'm really glad that a phil with a funny last name got the house on harvard. my wife and i are shopping for our first house and looked at the place you guys purchased. it was a bit high for us so we moved on, but i kept it on my saved list from realtor.com. when i saw that it was pulled, i checked ocpafl.org to see how much the buyer ended up paying for it. i saw your name and threw it into google and that's how i got here. a bit stalker-ish, i know.

we feel the same way you do about the size of the city here. our biggest complaint is that it's such and indoor culture. we're still looking for a house and waiting for the market to hit bottom.

anyway, good luck down here in orlando.
