While I’ll be the first
While I’ll be the first to defend wine (or beer, for that matter) as valid before, during, or after-dinner drink, there is definitely something alluring about a mixed drink, correctly prepared. The Case for Cocktails is a wonderful and entertaining look at the etiquette and culture surrounding mixed drinks.

Seriously though, this is most certainly a great guideline to living the good cocktail life. The Bar Conduct section definetly has words to live by. A good cocktail not only is a delicious experience, but it’s got class. World-traveller class, grandpa class.
“My grandpa drinks this. My grandpa is a helluva guy.”
