our apartment is more or less fully complete. we need a coffee table and a gas grill, but that’s about it. the phone company wanted $160 to rewire two jacks so that all 3 worked on the single phone line, but eventually I found an electrician/phone guy who did it for a lot less. so we have an answering machine, which I guess is nice..and the tivo can now make the daily phone calls to download new program data. anyway, here are the pictures of our new place, in a fun and exciting before-and-after format. some of the pictures don’t line up, angle or location wise, but you’ll get the drift.

part of the reason that we got hbo with our cable was because they’re rerunning all three seasons of the sopranos..we got started a little late (they’ve shown episode 3), so we rented episodes 1-4 on dvd to catch up. i’m already hooked.
