Tribes 2 is a lot of fun. They really seem to have gotten the game balance right, and I love the new vehicles. There are certainly some bugs to work out of the game, but overall, it’s an impressive sequel to a great game. I think that once the community around the game gets sorted out, and people start playing real matches with cohesive teams, strategy will start to play a major part in gameplay, and the game will take on whole new dimensions.

I did a little more programming with Jeff (of Orbit. I built a perl program that serves as the backend for this e-card. I think that Jeff deserves some sort of Medal for “band most willing to embrace new technology.”
