here we go. it’s midnight, spring break is over, and i’m going to make an attempt to update this with regularity. DNS seems be broken with our dsl isp, so I think i’m going to give up with my computer, and spend some time trying to get through ken kesey’s ’sometimes a great notion’. I just spent an hour or so building bridges with bridgebuilder, this free videogame at http://bridgebuilder.8m.com. The game is so addictive. I’m on level 7, and just can’t seem to get that bridge to stay together when the train crosses. the water is too deep, the span is too great. I guess this is why i’m not a civil engineer.
